Neglectful unsafe care, avoid facility
I had a terrible experience: care was neglectful and unsafe - delayed/short therapy, call lights ignored, CPAP not used, no diabetic meals or alternatives, staff left my loved one soiled and unturned which led to a stage-2 ulcer. The place is short-staffed and unresponsive (phones/social services rarely return calls), rude at times, with poor food, cleanliness/maintenance problems and safety concerns - family had to provide nightly care. A few nurses, CNAs and therapists were excellent and rehab helped, but overall I cannot recommend this facility.
