    Safe quiet social caring community

I'm a long-term resident and very satisfied - a safe, quiet apartment with plenty to do (Halloween pumpkin contest, craft fair, card club, monthly birthdays, Wednesday catered luncheons and Thanksgiving with the church). Staff are kind, welcoming and professional; maintenance and housekeeping are expert and respond quickly, even overnight when needed. Budget-conscious with ample amenities, a busy schedule, and genuine care from the team - I'll miss this place and highly recommend it.

    Summary of reviews

The Centennial Senior Apartments presents as an active, community-oriented residence with a broad calendar of social programming and regular communal meals. Reviewers consistently highlight a robust activities schedule — holiday contests and fairs, card clubs, monthly birthday celebrations, and organized holiday meals — which supports a socially engaged environment. The facility is described as offering a welcoming atmosphere with ample on-site amenities that contribute to a sense of value for budget-conscious residents and families.

Care and day-to-day operations receive mixed but generally positive feedback. Many accounts emphasize a dedicated maintenance and housekeeping team characterized as professional, patient, and effective; one emergency utility event was managed with rapid overnight response and thorough remediation. Staff are frequently described as friendly and caring, and long-term residents report satisfaction with the safety and quiet of apartments. Dining is noted for at least one regularly scheduled catered luncheon each week and community meals tied to local organizations, which residents find enjoyable.

At the same time, there are recurrent operational concerns that prospective residents should evaluate. Reviews indicate inconsistent administrative responsiveness and variability in front-office professionalism and communication tone, including instances where families perceived a lack of timely response or discourteous interactions. Utility and infrastructure reliability has been raised as an issue (examples include heating, water-heater, and electrical disruptions), although maintenance responsiveness in individual cases was reported as strong. There are also indications of gaps in resident access and entry procedures that warrant clarification during a tour.

Overall, Centennial appears to offer a socially active, value-oriented option with strong maintenance and housekeeping capabilities and a range of on-site programs. Prospective residents and families would be well advised to verify current utility-performance history, clarify access and emergency-entry protocols, and observe front-office interactions during a visit to assess administrative responsiveness and communication style.
