      Caring flexible staff, wonderful home

I'm satisfied with this wonderful, caring home - staff are easy to work with, flexible, and spend ample time with residents. Communication is good, care noticeably improved after our move, and I have no complaints.

      Summary of reviews

Overall sentiment: Reviews for Community of Dignity are uniformly positive, with reviewers emphasizing a high level of satisfaction and assigning an overall five-star impression. There are no complaints reported in the supplied summaries; instead the dominant themes are reliable, attentive care and a pleasant living environment. The tone across the summaries is one of relief and appreciation, particularly in comparison with prior care settings.

Care quality: The most frequently cited strength is the quantity and quality of direct caregiver attention — reviewers highlight "ample caregiver time" and note an "improved care after move." One reviewer specifically contrasts Community of Dignity with a previous facility that "lacked proper personal care," implying that Community of Dignity successfully addressed unmet needs. These comments point to dependable hands-on assistance and better fulfillment of residents' personal care requirements.

Staff and management: Staff behavior and communication are prominent positives. Descriptors such as "caring," "flexible," and "easy to work with" recur, and reviewers explicitly call out "good communication." Together these indicate staff are both compassionate and responsive to families' needs, and that management/staff interactions are cooperative and adaptable. The combination of caring demeanor, flexibility, and clear communication suggests a team-oriented culture that accommodates family involvement and individual needs.

Facilities and environment: Reviewers describe the property as a "wonderful home," which conveys a comfortable, homelike atmosphere rather than an institutional feel. While specifics about amenities, cleanliness, or décor are not provided, the phrase signals that the physical environment contributes positively to the overall experience.

Dining, activities, and other services: The provided summaries do not mention dining, activities, therapy services, transportation, or clinical staffing levels (e.g., nurse availability). Because these areas are not addressed in the reviews, no conclusions can be drawn from this dataset about meal quality, social programming, or ancillary services. Prospective families may want to ask about these areas during a tour or in follow-up conversations.

Notable patterns and caveats: The reviews convey a consistent pattern of strong interpersonal care, effective communication, and marked improvement relative to at least one prior facility. The absence of complaints and the explicit five-star overall characterization indicate high trust and satisfaction among these reviewers. However, the summaries are concise and limited in scope — they emphasize caregiver time, staff demeanor, and a pleasant home environment but omit many operational details (e.g., staffing ratios, medical care complexity, dining, activities). That means while interpersonal and environmental impressions are very positive, additional information would be useful for a comprehensive assessment.

Bottom line: Community of Dignity is portrayed as a caring, communicative, and flexible community that provides ample caregiver attention in a welcoming home-like setting. Reviewers report noticeable improvements in personal care after moving in and express no complaints. For a fuller evaluation, prospective residents or families should inquire directly about dining, activities, clinical staffing, and other operational details that were not covered in these summaries.

      About Community of Dignity

Community of Dignity sits over on Appaloosa Drive in Queen Creek, Arizona, where Chris and Susan Haubrock run this small, home-like board and care place for no more than five residents at a time, so you always see a high caregiver-to-resident ratio. The caregivers, including certified dementia staff, help with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and medications, and you can find 24/7 support for things like incontinence and medication monitoring, with round-the-clock staffing always ready if there's an emergency. Folks receive custom meals, with options for dining assistance and programs designed to lower anxiety, and they serve meals in common dining spaces to keep things social. There's also weight management help and meal plans for specific needs.

The place looks and feels like a house, set up for friendships, with private and semi-private rooms, each with its own bathroom, and shared indoor and outdoor spaces like a pool, hot tub, chapel, beauty salon, and library. Several activity programs keep residents busy, including puzzles and memory care activities, plus transportation for medical appointments and outings. There's a gym, cable TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette, making it pretty comfortable, and staff offer both on-site and off-site devotional activities. The team provides memory care for those with Alzheimer's and dementia, with enhanced medical monitoring, specialized programs, and memory-enhancing activities, all while offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and respite care for short stays if needed, covering everything from simple help with daily living to wound care or rehabilitation after surgery.

The Community of Dignity carries Arizona memory care license AL9307H, focusing its whole setup on dignity, respect, and keeping folks as independent as possible, while giving them the extra help they might need. Services include medication management, transportation, housekeeping, laundry, linen service, meal preparation, and help with personal care, all in a secure and easily accessible home where families get support too. Rates run $3,400 per month for private rooms and $2,900 for semi-private rooms, and you'll always see a caring, communicative staff dedicated to personalized attention and dignity in every part of daily life.
