People who live at Freedom Haven Home get nutritious meals in spacious dining rooms, with food choices tailored for dietary restrictions, and either private or semi-private rooms that are fully furnished and set up with cable or satellite TV, Wi-Fi or high-speed internet, and telephone service, plus wheelchair-accessible showers and resident parking. The home has indoor common spaces and outdoor gardens for relaxing or socializing, clubs, scheduled activities on and off the property, and devotional activities offsite. There's also a gym, yoga studio, spas, salons, and beauty and barber services, plus fitness classes and wellness extras, including health news, nutrition tips, product sponsorships, and discount health services.

People use the community's transportation for medical appointments or social outings, and there's a mental wellness program as well as regular support for family caregivers. Mental health services come from counselors, psychiatrists, and psychologists. There's also access to many different doctors-cardiologists, dermatologists, eye doctors, oncologists, and many more-along with dental care from dentists and orthodontists. The facility's staff coordinate with both medical and insurance providers, help with health and life insurance, and offer wellness monitoring services.

Residents have plenty to do: they can take part in resident-run activities, group dining, educational or entertaining events, social gatherings, and wellness programs, and the schedule includes activities meant to foster friendships and keep everyone engaged in body and mind. There's pet allowance, and clubs and social dining areas further the feeling of community. Freedom Haven Home welcomes both male and female residents, with safety features for those with dementia or memory issues, and strict non-smoking indoor policies, ensuring a safe environment. The home keeps up with clean living conditions through housekeeping services, and families can use the free consultation and community-matching service, paying nothing unless they choose to move in as part of the process.
