Water, trash disposal, propane delivery, phone service, and sewer hookups are on every site, along with electric options that provide 30 or 50 amp power, so most rigs can hook right up, though some reports only note 30 amp. You've got restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, and a dump station. Verizon works well here, while AT&T and T-Mobile phones have fair to okay reception. There's free Wi-Fi available for guests, but only over at the recreation hall. Cable TV isn't available, though the community does have internet service in some spots and old-fashioned mailboxes for resident mail.
For activities, there are a bunch of things to do-craft hall, pool hall, and even a recreation hall where people gather for arts and crafts, games, dances, socials, jam sessions, and exercise classes, plus bean bag and other clubs if you want to get involved. The place built new pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and a putting green not long ago. There's also a fitness center, but you won't find a swimming pool or a playground here, just open space and desert air. Pet owners can bring their animals along since the park is pet friendly.
The grounds are mostly concrete with plenty of open fields where the trailers and RVs sit, and the park's known for having a simple eco-friendly approach, with electric charging stations for folks who need them. There's also a business center that people use. You can rent, buy, or even plan out your RV trip here thanks to their adventure travel planning service, which'll help set you up with rentals, trips, and bookings for campgrounds. They also host community events and send out a newsletter for updates, and people are encouraged to submit reviews or comments. The rules are simple, but everyone's expected to follow them for the good of the community.
