The Village of St. James

The Village of St. James sits southwest of where Buena Vista Boulevard meets St. Charles Place, looping around in two spots, and you'll find about 5,193 home sites spread across 1,098 acres, which covers several neighborhoods like Bridgeport at Creekside and Buttonwood along with St. James itself, and you'll see work on new homes and infrastructure still going on since it's the last village going up north of 466A. The community has an age restriction, where at least 80% of homes need someone age 55 or older living inside, and no one under 19 is allowed to live there full time except in special family areas, and an architectural review committee made up of residents helps make decisions about how homes look or get changed.
