    Friendly neighbors but unreliable management

    I like the friendly residents, functional apartment layouts and some pleasant common areas, but management is unreliable - limited on-site hours, long waits, poor communication and frequent turnover. Rent is unpredictable and has seen steep, uncommunicated increases. Maintenance and cleanliness are inconsistent: stained carpets, aging appliances, sketchy response times and occasional safety concerns. I enjoy the people here but I'm planning to move because of the management and upkeep.
