Compassionate staff improved father's mobility
I placed my father in their Medicare rehab suites and was very pleased. Staff greeted us warmly, the welcome area and lobby are clean and nicely decorated, and the new fourth floor and interiors are bright and spacious. The long-tenured, compassionate team-including an in-house nurse practitioner and wound specialists-gave hands-on therapy that improved his mobility and helped him return home; they also handled transportation for appointments and discharge. Meals, activities, and admissions staff were helpful, and leadership felt knowledgeable and proactive about safety.
