I'm very pleased with the caring, compassionate, and reliable staff-there's a strong staff-to-resident ratio so care feels attentive and consistent. The facility is clean, secure, and has an elevator; it's not fancy but sits in lovely farmland. The building shows its age, but plenty of staff keep residents comfortable and well looked after.
