Friendly staff and personalized care
I had a very positive experience-the staff were friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to help my grandmother move in quickly. The small, home-like community, great activities (Kristy is fantastic), personalized care and good food noticeably improved her wellbeing and put our family at ease. Communication was responsive and supportive; I'd recommend them while acknowledging there's always a little room for improvement.
