    Pleasant home-like assisted living community

I'm very satisfied with this pleasant, home-like community. It offers assisted living and continuing care, roomy private rooms with kitchenettes, a pool, gym, dining hall, library and on-campus activities with daily outings. Staff - including Brandy, Quinn and a caring RN/CNA team - are professional, compassionate and safety-minded; meals are home-style with weekly menus and substitutions, and residents enjoy independence in a stable, active environment.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: The facility presents as a multi-level senior living campus offering independent living, assisted living, and continuing-care options. Review content emphasizes a generally positive care environment with a home-like atmosphere and a sense of stability. Many comments highlight a coordinated approach to resident needs and a robust mix of amenities that support health, recreation, and convenience.

Care and staff: Care quality is described as strong; reviewers cite compassionate, professional staff and attentive clinical personnel (RNs and CNAs). Safety practices are noted, including background screening and other onboarding safeguards. Several accounts reference prompt safety responses and a cooperative, harmonious staff culture. These patterns indicate reliable day-to-day caregiving and responsiveness in routine situations.

Dining and activities: Dining is characterized as home-style with weekly menus and willingness to provide substitutions. The program of activities is varied and frequent, with daily on-campus offerings and regular outings. Recreational infrastructure—pool, gym, library, and an on-site convenience store—supports an active lifestyle, and the facility appears to prioritize social engagement and leisure opportunities.

Facilities and living units: Units are described as roomy with private bathrooms and options for kitchenettes, supporting greater independence for residents who wish to maintain household routines. Common areas and the broader campus provide amenities consistent with a continuing-care community. At the same time, reviewers indicate sanitation concerns tied to waste accumulation in some common or exterior zones and associated pest-control issues. These operational weaknesses appear to be localized to waste handling and perimeter maintenance rather than to interior unit upkeep.

Management and notable patterns: The campus projects a stable, orderly environment with staff often singled out for dedication and helpfulness. However, an extended construction program that has continued for multiple years is a recurring theme; this long-term disruption may affect access, noise, and overall campus experience. Prospective residents and families would be advised to inquire about the construction timeline, waste-management and pest-control protocols, and to tour the community at different times of day to assess current conditions. Overall, strengths center on staff quality, care continuity, dining, and activities; operational areas to verify during a visit are sanitation/waste handling, pest control, and the expected end-date and impact of ongoing construction.
