About Belmar Senior Living
Belmar Senior Living offers several housing options for seniors, including The Orchard, Broadleaf Apartments, and Hidden River Townhomes, and you'll see that each has different room choices, like private or shared rooms plus one- or two-bedroom apartments, all with furnished spaces and amenities like paid utilities, cable TV, wireless internet, and maintenance so residents can stay connected and worry less about daily chores, and when it comes to meals, residents can expect three chef-prepared options each day that take dietary needs into account, including help for those with allergies or diabetes, and community dining rooms make it easy for people to gather over food.
You'll find a safe environment here with emergency alert systems in rooms and common areas and staff present around the clock; assistance is available for activities like bathing, dressing, medication management, and even incontinence care or getting from one place to another, and for residents who want to stay independent but need occasional help, there's support always close by. For people needing more care, Belmar Senior Living has both assisted living and memory care services with staff who understand the needs of residents with dementia or Alzheimer's, and everyone gets a personalized care plan, so residents receive just the right help.
The place offers activities like movie nights and sponsored events in dedicated activity spaces, with chances to get out to nearby parks, cafes, and pharmacies, so there's always something to do or see, whether someone is very active or prefers quiet time. Community features include meal preparation, regular housekeeping, laundry, and move-in help, all working together to make life easier, and for families looking for short-term stays-for recovery or to give a caregiver a break-there are respite care rooms set aside.
Belmar Senior Living has buildings that are wheelchair accessible and provides non-ambulatory care to support a wide range of needs, and there's both independent living for those who want a maintenance-free experience and assisted living for people needing daily support, plus board and care home options for seniors looking for smaller, more personalized settings. The sense of community stands out, with friendly staff focused on helping residents feel at home, safe, and comfortable, all while supporting a vibrant, social lifestyle with meaningful connections and regular activities.
