    Friendly attentive staff, excellent meals

I live here and feel secure and well cared for - the staff are friendly, attentive and communicative, the owner is up-to-date on elderly care, and the place is clean, bright and newer. Meals are excellent and flexible for diets, residents stay active with walks, games and holiday activities, and the small, homey setting with a nice yard in a safe neighborhood offers great value. Highly recommended.

    Summary of reviews

Creek Way Homes presents as a small, homelike assisted-living option with a consistent emphasis on cleanliness, an attractive outdoor area, and a secure, newer building footprint. Several reviews emphasize a bright, well-maintained interior, up-to-date furnishings, and a yard that supports outdoor walking in a safe neighborhood. The facility’s small size (two private rooms and four residents in two shared rooms) is repeatedly framed as contributing to a close, residential atmosphere and is associated with good value and reasonable pricing.

Staff performance is a prominent theme. Many reviewers describe staff as friendly, communicative, accommodating, and willing to go beyond basic expectations; comments include professionalism, attentiveness, and a sense of peace of mind for families. At the same time, there are reports indicating uneven administrative engagement—examples include residents who felt ignored by leadership—which suggests variability in how consistently management interacts with residents and families.

Clinical- and care-quality impressions are mixed. Several accounts portray residents as active and well cared for, enjoying social interaction and routine activities such as walks, games, and holiday events. Conversely, other remarks raise concerns about variable personal-care quality and organizational lapses that can create perceptions of poor care or disorganization. These indicate that day-to-day operational consistency may be an area for monitoring.

Dining is described as three meals per day with a set menu, but with the capacity to accommodate dietary needs and occasional flexibility. Multiple reviewers praised meal quality and value, while the presence of a set menu suggests limited daily variety unless special accommodations are requested and granted.

For prospective residents and families, Creek Way Homes appears to offer a clean, small-scale, pet-friendly environment with active social programming and staff who are often praised for their responsiveness. Key areas to clarify during a visit include administrative involvement in resident life, examples of how the facility addresses operational disorganization when it occurs, consistency of personal-care routines, and current private-room availability. Asking to meet administrative staff, observe a mealtime, and review staffing patterns or recent care plans will help assess whether the facility’s generally positive appearance and culture align with expected consistency in care delivery.

    About Creek Way Homes, Inc.

Creek Way Homes, Inc. sits in a quiet neighborhood at 100 Creek Way, Santa Rosa, California, and serves up to six residents in a home-like setting with five licensed beds, so there's always room for people to get the attention they need without feeling crowded, and you'll find caregivers on-site 24 hours to help with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, medication, or taking a walk outside, and everyone gets three balanced meals a day, but if lunch gets missed, the kitchen can fix up something else, which folks seem to appreciate a lot. The care team handles different needs, including assisted living and memory care, so people facing Alzheimer's or dementia get help from folks who know what they're doing, and there's also hospice, home health care from RNs, LVNs, and CNAs, plus disease-specific care even for cancer, and it's all licensed by the California Department of Aging or Veteran's Services, so there are rules and oversight.

The home has simple but thoughtful comforts, including easy wheelchair access, Wi-Fi, a set of daily activities and exercise options, light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to doctor visits or outings, and the staff encourages residents to join in board games, crafts, holiday decorating, or walking outside, since they know those little things help people feel less alone. There's parking and families can see the place on a map, which is helpful if they're visiting. The community stays focused on a personal level of dignity and independence, with the team tailoring support to match how much help each person needs as conditions change, like when somebody with memory issues needs extra supervision, and their memory care costs more due to the special attention it requires for safety.

People who served in the military might be able to use VA benefits or the Aides & Attendance program, and the place doesn't take Medicare unless it's certified with CMS. Plenty of reviews from families say staff stay friendly and easy to talk to, which brings some peace of mind to relatives who can't visit every day. Creek Way Homes, Inc. shows what residential care looks like in a real neighborhood, mixing daily support for basic health with social activity, simple good food, and ready help for whatever needs show up as people age.
