    Caring clean safe affordable care

I am very pleased with this senior living facility. The director and long-time staff (Isabel stood out) treated my grandmother like family - caring, experienced caregivers, homemade healthy meals, a spotless pleasant facility, and good activities and music. Safety features (alarms, motion detectors), exercise equipment, pharmacy support with diabetes checks and supplies, and transparent, affordable pricing (no extra fees, prorated move-in, cheaper than Angels III) gave me confidence - I would recommend it.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Reviews present a facility with several clear strengths alongside a few operational weaknesses that prospective families should evaluate. Positive themes include a clean, well-maintained building with pleasant odors; homemade, healthful meals; visible safety measures such as alarms and motion detectors; and practical clinical supports like diabetes monitoring, blood-glucose supplies, and a pharmacy account. Pricing transparency and prorated move-in billing are highlighted as consumer-friendly features.

Care quality and staff: Multiple comments praise caring, friendly staff and long-tenured caregivers who form close, family-style relationships with residents. Specific clinical supports for chronic conditions (for example, diabetes checks and provision of meters) and routine supply provision were cited as consistent aspects of care. At the same time, there are serious operational concerns that merit attention: reviewers described isolated but consequential incidents that point to gaps in staff supervision and in the facility's incident-response processes. There is also mixed feedback about management responsiveness — some visitors found the director impressive, while others described situations that led to relocation of a resident. These mixed signals suggest variability in supervisory practices and escalation/communication after adverse events.

Dining and activities: Dining is a strength for many families; meals are described as homemade and healthful, and staff are characterized as attentive during meal service. Activity offerings exist (music and exercise equipment are present), but at least one account suggests limited resident engagement and a need for more structured or inclusive programming. Prospective families should ask for a typical activity calendar and examples of how residents are encouraged to participate.

Facilities and safety: The physical environment receives consistently positive remarks for cleanliness and maintenance. Safety features such as bed alarms, motion detectors, and other monitoring were noted positively. However, descriptions of a fall incident indicate potential gaps in fall-prevention and transfer-safety practices; this should be explored directly with staff by asking about fall-prevention protocols, staff training, and supervision ratios.

Management and notable patterns: The facility appears to compete favorably on price and transparency, and some families would recommend it. Nevertheless, there is at least one allegation of serious staff misconduct that resulted in termination, which highlights the importance of clarifying hiring, screening, and ongoing staff monitoring practices. In light of both the positive caregiving reports and these operational concerns, prospective residents and families would benefit from targeted questions during a tour: staffing ratios and turnover, incident-reporting and family-notification procedures, staff-training and supervision policies, fall-prevention protocols, and the structure of the activity program.

Bottom line: Love Circle Home Care LLC displays many strengths—clean facilities, personable caregivers, clear pricing, and useful clinical supports—but also shows variability in staff supervision and incident handling. Families should balance the positive accounts with direct inquiries into supervision, safety protocols, and activity engagement when considering placement.

Staff provide personalized care and have a high caretaker-to-resident ratio, which means each resident can get more attention when they need it, and the home always maintains a focus on resident safety, dignity, and independence. People living here can choose between private or shared rooms, with or without private bathrooms, and the home has physical adjustments to make moving around safer, like central storage for sharp items and wheelchair accessible showers. Assisted living and memory care are key services, and staff are trained to care for those living with dementia or cognitive impairments, providing around-the-clock supervision and specialized activities that help with memory. Residents get three home-cooked meals a day, snacks, daily housekeeping, and help with things like dressing and mobility, and there are group or individual activities, outings, wellness programs, devotional services, and indoor and outdoor spaces for socializing or relaxing. The home lets residents bring pets, offers resident parking and free transportation for appointments or activities, and brings in visiting healthcare professionals like nurses, dentists, therapists, and a doctor on call, plus hospice and respite care are available.
