    Loving professional spotless home-like care

I'm very pleased overall - my mom is treated like family by loving, professional staff in a spotless, home-like residence. Owners and caregivers are hands-on, communication and weekly updates are excellent, and activities/holiday celebrations make it feel like home. I feel she's safe, respected, and well cared for and would recommend this place.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression Reviews paint Aliviya Rose Manor as a small, residential-style assisted living facility with a strong emphasis on personalized, family-like care. Many families highlight the compassionate, attentive nature of caregivers, a low resident-to-staff ratio, and frequent owner/management involvement. The facility is repeatedly described as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a home-cooked dining style and regular celebratory programming (birthdays, holidays) that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. Care quality and staff The dominant theme is individualized, hands-on care delivered by staff who are described as warm, kind, and engaged. Multiple accounts note frequent communication with families, weekly video updates in some cases, and active owner or nurse-led oversight. These features support trust and peace of mind for many families. However, there are recurring operational concerns that prospective families should evaluate directly: inconsistent assistance with bathing and other personal-care tasks, delays in responding to resident needs at times, and isolated but significant issues related to medication administration and clinical documentation. These items suggest variability in day-to-day execution of clinical protocols rather than an absence of clinical intent. Dining and activities Dining receives generally positive remarks for home-cooked meals and residents enjoying food. The environment is described as residential and inviting. Activity offerings are noted positively when family-style and social, but a portion of feedback characterizes programming as limited or more passive (television-focused) than expected. Prospective families may want to review the facility’s weekly activity schedule and expectations for resident engagement to ensure alignment with preferences. Facilities and safety The physical property is consistently praised for cleanliness, spacious shared rooms, and attractive common areas. At the same time, reviewers raise operational safety and comfort concerns that are important to probe: episodes implying hot-liquid spill safety, inconsistent hydration/toileting monitoring, and at least one report of prolonged temperature-control problems. These indicate the need to confirm the facility’s incident-prevention protocols, environmental contingency plans (HVAC/water), and procedures for monitoring residents’ hydration and comfort. Management, communication, and patterns to watch Owners and management are widely credited with being approachable, solution-oriented, and involved in resident life; many families express gratitude for expedited moves and accommodating communication, including from out-of-state relatives. Contrasting feedback points to weaknesses in staff coverage during shift changes, occasional sharpness in communication tone with families, and disputes over billing or post-concern account adjustments. Those operational gaps — staffing continuity, staff conduct standards, and conflict-resolution practices — recur enough to merit specific questions during a tour or intake process. Practical recommendations for families Given the mix of strong caregiver engagement and intermittent operational gaps, prospective residents and families should ask targeted questions before placement: current staffing ratios and typical shift overlap, written protocols for medication administration and documentation, bathing and personal-care schedules and escalation pathways, activity calendars, HVAC/water contingency plans, incident-reporting practices, and the facility’s billing and dispute-resolution policies. Visiting at different times of day can help assess responsiveness, mealtime experience, and activity offerings. Overall, Aliviya Rose Manor presents as a caring, residential alternative with many strengths, but families should confirm operational safeguards that address the specific concerns described above.

About Aliviya Rose Manor, Assisted Living Facility

Aliviya Rose Manor, Assisted Living Facility is a small licensed care home in Spring Hill, Florida, with space for up to six residents, and you'll find it in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and flowers all around the property, so folks enjoy nice views from their private rooms and patios, and you feel like you're at home instead of in some big building. The place's owned and run by a registered nurse and it's family-owned, so you get hands-on attention and there's always someone watching over each resident's health and care plan, whether you need daily help or just want a little company. They handle all the basics-help with things like bathing, dressing, and meals, plus light housekeeping-day and night, so you don't have to worry about chores or living alone. The staff includes MedTech caregivers for safe medicine help, and they cook meals fresh every day, making sure folks get balanced nutrition and snacks too. Residents who want to stay active can pick from a calendar full of activities and events, and there are community spaces and green areas to walk or sit and enjoy fresh air.

Aliviya Rose Manor offers assisted living, memory care for Alzheimer's, and respite care that gives caregivers a break, always aiming for comfort, peace, and safety, and you see they put real effort into making sure folks feel cared for like family. They've got specialized staff for each need, so residents with memory problems get routines and a calming home-like space in a smaller, boutique setting. Every care plan's tailored to the person, with the nurse overseeing health needs, connecting with families, doctors, home health, and hospice to make sure information's shared and care stays on track. The facility works as an all-inclusive community, meaning everything-meals, care, medication help, basic supplies-bundles together for simple living.

The campus itself is over 17 acres shared with the wider Spring Haven Senior Living community, which brings a bit of variety and more green spaces for strolling, and there are other nearby communities under the same management, with names like Forest Oaks of Spring Hill, Brookwood Assisted Living, and Elevated Estates Brooksville, each with their own focus, but at Aliviya Rose Manor, the boutique setup makes things feel personal and less overwhelming for people who like a smaller crowd. Residents get private or shared living spaces-most with decks or patios-and the whole setup aims to support seniors' independence as much as possible, with regular check-ins, medication management, and gentle routines, which helps take away the worry and pressure of living by yourself. Their core mission centers around treating people with kindness, respect, and dignity, keeping families involved, and making every day comfortable and engaging-so you get a place to call home where your physical and emotional well-being matter.
