    Understaffed, neglectful, dirty, unsafe care

I found some nurses, CNAs, therapists and activity staff to be genuinely caring and helpful, and therapy was often good. However the place felt understaffed and mismanaged: meds and baths were delayed, calls for help went unanswered, and I witnessed neglect (long waits on the commode, patients left in waste). Cleanliness and infection control were inconsistent - ants, urine-soaked sheets, mold, broken toilets and reports of MRSA/C. diff made me afraid for residents' safety. Communication and leadership were defensive or slow, with lost items, delayed hospital transfers and medication errors adding stress. Mixed experience overall, but I would not trust this facility for anyone with serious medical needs.
