    Caring, clean memory-care, highly recommended

I moved my mother into this small, bright memory-care community and I'm very pleased. The staff - especially NP Sarah Jane and med nurse Nessa - are professional, kind, and highly responsive, with clear communication and personalized attention; leadership is caring and involved. The facility is spotless and inviting, with lovely indoor/outdoor spaces, abundant activities, on-site PT, and excellent homemade meals - it's given our family real peace of mind, and I would definitely recommend it.

    Summary of reviews

The Fairways at Naples is described by many families as a small, memory‑care–focused community with strengths in compassionate caregiving, engaged leadership, and a strong activity program. Reviewers commonly highlight the facility's boutique scale and capped capacity, which supports a personalized, family‑like atmosphere where staff know residents by name. Clinical support and rehabilitation services receive consistent praise; physical‑therapy outcomes and recovery‑focused care are cited as reliable strengths. Leadership involvement and approachable directors are also frequently noted as contributing to smoother transitions and ongoing family communication.

Staff quality is a dominant positive theme: caregivers, nurses, and directors are often characterized as kind, patient, and responsive. Families value the 24/7 accessibility of staff and specific clinicians (named in some accounts) who support medication management and care coordination. At the same time, reviewers describe variability in staff communication tone and responsiveness; language barriers with some staff members and occasional shortfalls in weekend coverage or staffing levels have been reported, which can affect perceived consistency of care.

Dining, activities, and communal spaces are repeatedly identified as strong points. The dining program is described as nutritious, homemade, and appetizing, with leadership willing to accommodate dietary preferences; however, a number of families note menu repetition and inconsistent variety over time. The facility's physical environment—bright, clean interiors, inviting terraces, flowering plants, and an herb garden—supports outdoor engagement and a non‑institutional vibe. A broad activity calendar (walking clubs, art, music, parties) and on‑site services (barber shop, therapy) contribute to resident engagement and quality of life.

Operational weaknesses emerge as recurring themes that prospective families should weigh. Housekeeping and maintenance responsiveness are uneven: while many praise cleanliness and upkeep, others report intermittent missed room cleaning, delayed maintenance requests, and items misplaced or lost, including laundry mix‑ups. Safety and behavioral management have also been raised; there are mentions of falls and interactions with aggressive residents that point to opportunities for stronger behavioral‑safety protocols and staffing models aimed at higher‑acuity situations.

A small number of reviews include serious complaints about staff conduct and management that prompted calls for regulatory review; these appear to be isolated but significant enough for families to register concern. Overall, the dominant pattern is positive — strong, compassionate care in a small, well‑maintained memory‑care setting — tempered by operational inconsistencies in housekeeping, maintenance, communication, staffing coverage, and menu variety. Those considering The Fairways should weigh the facility's personalized care model and active programming against the potential for occasional lapses in operational consistency and should ask targeted questions about weekend staffing, language services, housekeeping protocols, and behavioral‑safety procedures during tours and admissions conversations.

    About The Fairways at Naples

The Fairways at Naples sits at 3053 Airport Pulling Road North, Naples, Florida, 34105, near Grey Oaks Country Club and less than two miles from the shore, so you'll find gardening, wide walking paths, and three quiet courtyards for strolls right on the grounds, which helps people who like the outdoors but need a secure place to walk. The community has 60 licensed beds and is licensed as an assisted living facility in Florida, focusing on seniors who need some daily help or long-term care with a special memory care program for people living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and Parkinson's, offering therapies to reduce confusion and prevent wandering, which matters a lot for memory loss.

The Fairways at Naples is part of The Rizzi Difference group, and the staff knows how to handle both primary and mental healthcare, with extra attention to dementia and memory challenges, and they speak English. Staff helps with bathing, dressing, transfers, medication, and meal preparation, and they create personalized menus for each resident's dietary needs, with meals and snacks cooked by an executive chef, which means those who have trouble eating or dietary issues get proper attention. Residents have access to a physical exam room, podiatry, and geriatric assessments, and there's always someone on the grounds 24 hours a day, along with routine check-ins and an emergency call system in every room, so people are never alone if they need help.

Inside, the community offers private and secure rooms, air-conditioning, internet, and cable, plus common spaces like a dining room, library, comfortable seating, and a large activity table for group events and crafts, often a lifeline for people with memory impairments who need safe, supervised interaction. Amenities include a beauty salon, pet-friendly policies, arts and crafts studio, sidewalks, and regular housekeeping and linen services. Residents can arrange for rides offsite, and there are supports like medication dispensers, medical alert systems, home security, walk-in tubs, and safety guides for those who want extra peace of mind or have trouble moving on their own.

The Fairways at Naples stands out for its focus on mental health and memory wellness, with life-enriching activities that support socializing and mobility, aimed at people with mild cognitive impairment or more advanced dementia, and there are activities and therapies based around people's own interests and past experiences. The community offers different living options-independent apartments, condos, townhomes, and companion care-so people can choose the setup that works for them, whether they need help or just want a safe place to age.

It's a place where healthcare and hospitality come together, and the all-inclusive nature means residents get meals, housekeeping, safety, transportation, and activities covered in one monthly fee, starting from $6,000 a month, but it doesn't accept Medicare for care services. There are supervised social spaces for family visits, three secure courtyards, and walking paths meant to help residents move safely and comfortably. The community keeps things simple, supportive, and secure for people with memory loss or those who need daily assistance, with a dedicated, experienced staff focused on well-being, privacy, and routine, aiming for the best quality of life for seniors who can't or don't want to do things alone anymore.
