    Gorgeous community with excellent service

I'm very happy with my move to Del Webb Oasis - a gorgeous, well-planned community with a great location and resort-style amenities. The sales and construction teams (Elizabeth, Jason, Josh and others) were professional, responsive and handled warranty matters promptly. The process was easy and enjoyable, neighbors are welcoming, and I truly feel at home. Overall a near-excellent experience - I'd gladly recommend it.

    Summary of reviews

Del Webb Oasis presents as a well-appointed active-adult (55+) community with many strengths around sales, construction, amenities, and social life. Reviewers commonly emphasize a professional, engaged sales organization and construction management team; several staff members (sales consultants and construction managers by name) drew repeated praise for their knowledge, communication, and efforts to make the purchase and build process smooth. Model homes, design-center support, and a range of floor plans contribute to a generally positive buying and design experience.

Homes and on-site facilities are frequently described as attractive and well finished. The community offers a robust amenity set—clubhouse, pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts—and an active calendar of social activities that many residents find welcoming and vacation-like. The location in central Florida, with proximity to regional attractions, is cited as an asset. Multiple reviewers also noted attentive personal assistance during health-related events, indicating an ability among staff to accommodate individual needs when approached.

At the same time, a recurring pattern in the feedback relates to variability after closing. While warranty teams and specific staff members received commendation for prompt resolution in many cases, other residents reported prolonged repair timelines, inconsistent vendor scheduling, and uneven follow-through on service requests. These issues point to a facility-level inconsistency in post‑sale issue resolution and vendor coordination rather than a universal failure. Similarly, construction quality is praised overall but also described as uneven in some instances, suggesting gaps in quality-assurance practices that may affect a subset of homes.

Management and governance are another mixed area. The community’s HOA and corporate responsiveness are described as effective by some residents and insufficient by others; notable concerns include strict enforcement of exterior modification rules (for example, fencing restrictions on certain villa types) and perceived inflexibility in contractual or deposit/refund situations. A few reviews raised alarms about unexpected out-of-pocket costs for repairs or upgrades and frustration with refund/contract cancellation processes, which indicates potential room for clearer purchaser-facing policies and more consistent customer-service escalation paths.

Dining received little detailed feedback in the sample; reviewers focused more on home quality, staff interaction, amenities, and post‑sale service. Prospective residents should expect a strong sales/build experience, an active social environment, and high-quality community amenities, while also budgeting for potential additional expenses and allowing for variability in after‑sales responsiveness. For families who prioritize consistent, timely warranty service and flexible community governance, it would be prudent to ask specific questions about post-closing service protocols, vendor coordination, HOA rules, and deposit/refund policies during the decision process.

Del Webb Oasis operates under the Del Webb brand, known for building active adult communities, and this community offers features aimed at retirees, like a 14,000 square foot clubhouse, the 27,000 square foot Hammock Club, coffee bar, lounge, dining room, guest parking, wine lockers, and a fitness center and salon/barbershop for health and wellness, and you'll find spaces for social connection like parlors, entertainment areas, a game and activities room, outdoor activity spaces, pickleball courts, kitchens, and cafes. The community has features like WiFi, cable TV, housekeeping, kitchens and kitchenettes, washers and dryers, safety and handicap features, sprinkler systems, and scheduled tours, both real-time video and in-person, for folks interested in moving there.

People who live here can access personal care like bathing and toileting help, walking wheelchair assistance, transportation services, occupational therapy, nurses, podiatry, wound care, medication support, and other care services, with options for assisted living, independent living, nursing home care, and memory care for those who need it, all under names like The Palace at Coral Gables or The Monarch at Coconut Creek, depending on the area, and these services show up in several Florida communities including Miami, Orlando, West Palm Beach, and Fort Myers. The staff includes personal care assistants, and the facility serves meals, provides dining options, offers long term care insurance, and plans activities like arts and crafts, social gatherings, educational programs, and health and wellness events, all supporting residents 55 and older with an aim toward independent living, but there's also support for those with more needs, like memory care for people with cognitive impairments. Del Webb Oasis tries to make it easy for folks to buy, sell, or rent homes, with a search function, member portal called the Del Webb Portal, construction standards, a 10-year warranty, maintenance, an easy homebuying process, mortgage support through Pulte Mortgage, home guides, and a blog, and they keep things up to standard with scheduled service requests and homeowner support. The neighborhood encourages social interaction and runs like a small community, where neighbors often see each other at programs, in shared indoor and outdoor spaces, or just out for a walk. There's a model park open daily for tours, and nearby schools with GreatSchools ratings, so the area can feel welcoming to older adults who might have visiting family. The overall approach is to make sure people 55 years and older have a comfortable, active, and connected life with options for extra care as needs change, and the Del Webb Oasis calls this "The Del Webb Lifestyle," with plenty of choices and ways to participate depending on what someone is looking for at this stage in life.
