Respectful staff, clean facility, recommended
I placed my mom at Royal Personal Care Home and have been very pleased - the staff (Joyce in particular) are respectful, kind and genuinely caring, the home is exceptionally clean and beautiful, and residents are friendly. Family participation is encouraged and hospice care was excellent; overall a very positive experience and I would recommend this facility.
