    Compassionate professional effective rehabilitative care

I was very pleased with the compassionate, professional staff - nurses, CNAs and therapists were attentive and knowledgeable (Micayla was excellent with showers). They provided dignified, safe care that made my husband comfortable and made our family feel seen, supported and spiritually cared for. Rehab and healing were effective and the team genuinely went the extra mile. I'm grateful and would recommend this caring, family-like community.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Reviews reflect a facility with a strongly praised caregiving culture but persistent operational challenges. Many family members and residents describe the nursing assistants, nurses, and select therapists as compassionate, attentive, and skilled; these staff members are cited as a primary reason families felt supported, safe, and spiritually attended to during stays. The facility also receives positive comments for creating a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere with social activities and family engagement.

Care quality and staff: Clinical care is characterized as uneven. When available, CNAs and nurses are described as caring and diligent, and several therapists are noted as knowledgeable and effective. That said, reviewer accounts point to variability in service delivery: staffing shortages and low compensation are linked to turnover and gaps in coverage. These operational constraints appear to drive inconsistencies in responsiveness and in the availability of hands-on assistance for activities of daily living, which affected some residents' experience with feeding and bathing assistance.

Therapy and rehabilitation: The rehabilitation program receives mixed feedback. Some families praise the rehab team as highly effective and among the best in the area, crediting them with positive recovery outcomes. Other families reported limited therapy benefit for specific residents, suggesting inconsistent therapy intensity or follow-through. This pattern indicates that therapy outcomes may depend heavily on staffing levels, individual therapists, or case-by-case program adherence.

Dining, daily care, and transitions: Several family comments highlight good communication and supportive discharge guidance from staff, as well as individualized attention from specific caregivers. However, at times families reported needing to provide additional feeding or direct care because assistance was not consistently available. This points to operational gaps in ADL coverage and meal-assistance continuity when staffing is thin.

Facilities and maintenance: Multiple reviewers raised concerns about the physical plant: rooms and public areas were described as worn and in need of maintenance or cosmetic updates. While cleanliness and resident safety were generally seen as adequate by many, the facility-appearance and maintenance issues detract from the overall environment and were suggested as areas needing investment.

Management and notable patterns: Reviewers consistently recommended the staff and the facility on the strength of personal caregiving relationships. At the same time, recurring themes include understaffing, low pay for employees, and maintenance shortcomings. Families often urged management to improve staffing levels and employee compensation to reduce turnover and stabilize care. In summary, prospective residents and families can expect a caregiving team that often provides compassionate, personalized attention, but should weigh that against periodic operational limitations in staffing, therapy consistency, and facility upkeep. Continuous improvement in staffing and maintenance would likely align the facility's operational performance with the high marks given to individual caregivers.
