The staff focuses on respect and dignity, and they keep trained help around 24/7, with a nurse and awake staff always on hand, whether it's for help bathing, getting dressed, or managing medicine, and therapists come in for physical, speech, or occupational needs, plus they can deal with things like diabetic care, incontinence, even non-ambulatory support like one-person transfer, and if someone's at risk of wandering off, they've got secured memory care as well. Hearthstone Village tries to create a connected place by offering scheduled activities, movie nights, trips, music, worship in their Christian chapel, arts and crafts, and all sorts of recreation, plus there's an on-site café, community dining with three meals cooked fresh every day, and if you need special diets, they'll take care of that. There are plenty of ways to keep active, too, with a fitness gym, exercise rooms, a beauty shop, a small library, activity and game rooms, movie theater, even wellness and reflection spaces, and families can visit for activities or support. To make living easy, there's help with housekeeping, laundry, linens, and maintenance; they provide transportation to stores and appointments with a campus bus, and they've got parking for cars as well.
