Cheap rent but unsafe, neglected
I live here mainly for the cheap rent, but it's been rough: bedbugs for years, fleas, mice, and dirty/nonworking AC in some units have made people sick. Management is abusive, focused on collecting rent not repairs, has violated privacy, restricted residents' movement, and my grandmother was neglected - weigh the low cost against these serious safety and care issues.
