Home-like care, attentive staff, meals
I felt this place was a true home away from home - staff were warm, encouraging, and clearly knowledgeable with a patient-first philosophy. Therapy was helpful, attendants attentive, the room very clean and fully equipped; meals were wonderful (the homemade vegetable soup was a favorite) and could be safely ground for swallowing issues. Central location, pleasant no-odor atmosphere, room-delivered meals, and activities like bingo and movies with popcorn made my loved one's stay comfortable; I was very pleased with the care.
