Excellent care and attentive staff
I moved my parent in recently and have been very pleased. The staff - especially concierge Jennifer Romero and the front desk - are attentive, kind, and consistently go above and beyond; move-in was smooth, maintenance and IT are responsive, and the building feels hotel-like: modern, spotless, and warm. Meals are excellent, activities engaging, and care coordination is professional and budget-friendly. I highly recommend it - a few small tweaks aside, an excellent experience.
