Compassionate, professional care; highly recommended
I placed my mom here and have been very pleased. The nurses, CNAs and social workers are compassionate, professional and genuinely go above and beyond - meds on time, aides take time to dress/feed/change her, and PT treated her like family. Admissions and administration (Tina, Tara, Tamara, Don) were helpful and communicative, records and care plans stay updated, and issues are handled quickly. The facility is very clean, activities are engaging, and the team gives me real peace of mind - I highly recommend their care.
