I had a very positive experience - staff were consistently responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable, and Andrea Vigil stood out for her exceptional communication, care navigation and hospice/Medicaid coordination. Move-in and transitions were smooth, coordinators were proactive and easy to reach, and my family felt well supported throughout.
