I moved my grandpa in and we quickly settled in. The staff - especially case manager Lindsay and the PT/OT teams - were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond; caregivers gave prompt, phenomenal care. The clean, home-like facility has spacious rooms, comfortable gathering areas, delicious food and excellent activities; his mood and strength improved, and I'm very grateful and happy to recommend it.

Summary of reviews
Reviewer summaries indicate that Fargo Elim Health Care Center delivers strengths in hands-on care and rehabilitation while offering a comfortable, clean environment. Many families and residents describe staff as compassionate and attentive, with case management and admissions staff receiving positive mentions for supporting transitions. Therapy services (PT/OT) and short-stay rehabilitation are characterized as effective, with reviewers noting measurable physical- and mood-related improvements after stays.
Dining, facilities, and activities are repeatedly praised. The food is described as well prepared and satisfying, common areas are comfortable for family visits, and rooms are described as spacious and home-like. Reviewers also highlight an active activities program and a welcoming reception on arrival that helped residents settle in quickly.
Operationally, a pattern of staffing instability is evident: reviewers raise concerns about high staff turnover, which can translate into variability in daily caregiving and continuity. A small number of reviews include serious concerns about billing and financial practices; these comments suggest families should ask direct questions about charges, payment processes, and financial transparency during tours and admissions conversations. Together, turnover and financial concerns create unevenness in the overall resident experience for some families.
For prospective residents and families, the balance in these accounts is clear: there are consistent strengths in clinical rehabilitation, mealtime quality, cleanliness, and family-friendly spaces, but there are also facility-level risks tied to staff stability and administrative transparency. Recommended next steps before admission are to observe staff–resident interactions during a visit, request information on staffing ratios and turnover, review billing policies and sample invoices, and ask for recent references from current or former families to confirm consistency of care.
