Caring, attentive staff and homey
I'm very happy with Villa at the Lake - compassionate, attentive staff (Jennifer truly stands out; Christopher, Jannelle and Laura were warm and helpful) provide excellent, high-quality care, prompt health updates, clean rooms, great food and engaging events like the polka band and Thanksgiving dinner. The family-like, homey atmosphere and regular communication give me peace of mind; a couple minor areas could be tighter, but overall it feels like a caring home away from home.
