Clean, organized facility; compassionate care
I'm very impressed with the progress here - the facility is clean, organized, and the quality of care has clearly improved, with strong housekeeping, well-trained staff, and reliable medical services (including respiratory and onsite dialysis). Staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and responsive - special thanks to DON Laurie, Porsche, Melissa and Shannon - and activities, trips and parties keep residents engaged and happy. My family and I feel welcome and reassured; I'd gladly recommend this facility while acknowledging there's still room for small improvements.
