Mostly positive with some concerns
I've lived here ten years and overall it's been a very positive experience: friendly, caring and helpful staff; clean, safe, well-kept apartments with kitchenettes; lots of activities, outings and on-site amenities; three restaurant-style meals a day (generally tasty and well-presented), weekly housekeeping/laundry and an in-house nurse. My main complaints are inconsistent management/communication, rising costs (around $3,500 when I moved in), limited dementia care, and a menu that can be heavy on fried/high-fat items.
