      Attentive care, active social life

I'm very pleased with the caring, upbeat and reliable staff who provide attentive, personalized care and secure medication handling in a clean, bright, odor-free facility in a great location and at a reasonable price. My husband loves the strong social life - movies, games, Wii tennis and bowling, puzzles, crafts and lively conversations - plus therapist visits three times a week and an on-site social worker. Organized management, varied meals and professional recommendations make this easy to recommend.

      Summary of reviews

Overall sentiment across the reviews is strongly positive, with multiple reviewers emphasizing high-quality, attentive care and a warm, social atmosphere. Staff are frequently described as upbeat, caring, reliable and genuinely interested in residents’ wellbeing. Several comments underscore personalized and alert care, indicating that individual needs are noticed and responded to. The presence of an on-site social worker is highlighted as a valuable resource, and the facility is noted as being recommended by professionals, which reinforces confidence in the clinical aspects of the program.

Socialization and activities are consistent strengths. Reviews repeatedly mention strong opportunities for interaction — residents enjoy conversations, movies, and group games — and there is a particular emphasis on cognitive and recreational programming such as Wii tennis and bowling, puzzles, and crafts. These activities are presented as both engaging and varied, contributing to residents’ enjoyment and mental stimulation. One reviewer specifically noted that a husband enjoys the socialization, and another noted therapist visits three days a week, which points to coordinated therapeutic programming alongside recreational offerings.

Facilities and operations receive favorable comments for cleanliness, safety, and organization. The center is described as clean, bright, odor-free, and safe, which are important quality-of-life indicators for families and residents. Management is characterized as organized, and medication handling is noted as secure — both important for reliability and trust in day-to-day operations. Reviewers also call out the facility’s convenient location and competitive pricing, which likely factor into overall satisfaction and recommendation.

Dining and nutrition are addressed positively with mentions of varied meals, suggesting attention to food variety and resident preferences. Combined with the reliable staffing and secure medication procedures, these points paint a picture of a facility that covers both social and clinical aspects of adultcare attentively. The presence of regular therapist visits and an on-site social worker further indicate a continuum of care that includes therapeutic and psychosocial support.

The only recurring concern mentioned is a desire for longer hours; one reviewer explicitly wished for extended hours, implying that service times or availability could be expanded to better fit some families’ needs. No other consistent negatives or operational problems are reported in the summaries provided. In sum, the reviews describe Centennial Adultcare Center as a clean, well-managed, socially active facility with reliable, compassionate staff, good therapeutic support, secure medication practices, and satisfied clients, with a minor request for longer operating hours.

      About Centennial Adultcare Center

Centennial Adultcare Center has locations in Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Mount Juliet, Tennessee, offering care for adults with physical disabilities, advanced Alzheimer's disease, and dementia, and so you'll find them focusing on both what families need and what older adults require for their health and happiness, and they go about it with a calm steadiness that's helped them become a trusted name in the community for families looking for reliable support and social engagement. This is a private-owned company with a staff falling somewhere between 51 and 200, and their people-ranging from registered nurses to mental health professionals, certified nursing assistants, medical assistants, an on-site director, and the program director Mike Leebron with mentoring guidance from Bill Zagorski-work to keep folks comfortable and cared for, whether in their adult day care centers or through in-home care services where staff help with daily living and travel between homes. Their Murfreesboro center, licensed by the State of Tennessee and standing at 230 Glenis Drive, Suite 302, is actually the only licensed adult day facility in Rutherford County, and they offer center-based adult day health care, non-medical in-home care, and a program that includes activities from on-site devotional gatherings to games, crafts, social activities, and things that can keep hands, bodies, and minds busy and fulfilled.

Meals are taken care of by a licensed dietitian who reviews everything to make sure it's nutritious, with special meal options like low or no sodium and no sugar, and their food program connects to CACFP, which keeps meals both balanced and healthy. There's help for people who need diabetic care, medication management, memory care, and help with incontinence, and if someone needs skilled nursing or a doctor, those services are available as well. The centers are open Monday through Saturday from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon and closed on Sundays. Caregivers can use their services as an alternative or to supplement home care, assisted living, or a nursing home, and respite care is part of what's offered, so families can take a breather while their loved ones are safe and supported, either in the center or with staff who come by the house.

The center itself has both indoor and outdoor common areas, a TV lounge, spots for recreation, private rooms with air conditioning, cable or satellite television, and Wi-Fi for those who want to stay electronically connected, plus there's onsite parking, wheelchair access, and restrooms that are easy to use for all. Transportation is available for an extra fee, helping clients get to and from the facility, and all their programs, whether in the center or in the home, focus on keeping everyone socially connected and engaged, with a strong emphasis on respect and dignity-a fact the staff takes seriously.

There are ways to learn more, like booking a tour to see the space, meet the staff, and find out about the kinds of activities and programs available, and if someone needs a consultation, there's a simple online booking system to set up an appointment at a preferred time, which makes getting started a little easier. Services cover a full range of care management, clinical services, transportation, family engagement, and real-time visit verification (EVV), and Centennial Adultcare Center takes part in programs like CHOICES through TennCare, and the State OPTIONS program through GNRC-AAAD, which means they can work with Medicaid and other state-supported plans. Additional features include remote patient monitoring (Tele-Health), support with adult foster care and home care products, and a senior care hub to help with information and resources, including an online directory, blog, and webinars on topics that matter to families and caregivers. Their multilingual English-speaking staff is trained to handle many needs and always aims to keep care safe, professional, and compassionate, paying close attention to promoting both health and happiness for adults and peace of mind for their loved ones.
