    Pleased with attentive professional staff

My mother has been living here and I'm very pleased. The staff - especially coordinator Ms. Lindsey - are friendly, attentive, and professional; the food is great, COVID-19 protocols are followed, and she's healthy and happy. It's a wonderful, well-run place with great people, with only a few minor areas that could be improved.

    Summary of reviews

Reviews present a consistently positive picture of day-to-day life at Tree of Life Residential Care. Families describe residents enjoying their residence, remaining healthy, and experiencing pleasant, respectful interactions with staff. The workforce is characterized as friendly and attentive, and reviewers singled out an on-site coordinator (Ms. Lindsey) and the owner for positive engagement with residents and families.

Care-quality impressions focus on basic supportive care and pastoral oversight rather than detailed clinical services. Reviewers emphasize that residents are comfortable and well looked-after, and the presence of COVID-19 safety protocols is noted as a contributing factor to health maintenance. However, there is limited review detail about the facility's capacity for higher-acuity medical needs, clinical oversight structures, or specialized therapy services; prospective residents with significant medical dependencies should verify clinical capabilities directly with management.

Dining and domestic services receive favorable comment. Multiple reviews praise the food quality and characterize the dining experience positively. The facility environment is described as well maintained, and the social atmosphere appears encouraging, with family connections and a welcoming culture noted as strengths.

Information about programming and staffing beyond frontline caregivers is sparse. There is little descriptive commentary about the variety, frequency, or scope of recreational and engagement activities, which makes it difficult to judge activity-program breadth from these reviews alone. Similarly, reviewers do not provide consistent detail about staffing levels or turnover, so transparency on staffing stability is limited.

Overall, Tree of Life Residential Care appears to provide a warm, well-kept residential setting with attentive staff and good dining. The primary pattern in the available feedback is strong interpersonal care and owner/manager presence. Families seeking a socially supportive, comfortable assisted-living environment are likely to find these aspects valuable; those requiring extensive clinical services or a wide range of therapeutic programs should request specific documentation on clinical oversight, staffing ratios, and activity programming before making a placement decision.

About Tree of Life Residential Care, LLC

Tree Of Life Residential Care, LLC is a residential care facility located at 293 King Road in City, Tennessee, that offers different types of care for seniors and adults with disabilities because some need independent living and others need assisted living, memory care, home care, or short-term nursing services, and the staff try to provide the right help for each person, with trained caregivers who have passed background checks and work under the guidance of experienced professionals, and they do things like medication reminders, help with bathing or dressing, homemaking, meal preparation, and emergency response, so residents who have physical disabilities or trouble moving around can still get help with activities like transferring or moving from place to place, and the facility is set up with features like walking paths, a garden, a dining room with all-day meals, furnished living spaces, telephones in rooms, laundry and housekeeping, a barber or salon for hair appointments, and a movie room where residents can watch films together, and there are also arts rooms and indoor spaces for activities that are both run by the staff and by residents themselves, and if someone's diet needs to be planned carefully for allergies or diabetes, staff can make those changes, and there's an emergency system set up throughout the building, plus an office that's open during regular business hours and 24-hour phone lines for anything urgent, so people can get help quickly, and they also work with organizations like the Area Agency on Aging and Disability, TennCare Choices Program, and the Veteran's Administration, which helps people get the services they're eligible for, and whether someone lives in a senior apartment or a care home with a live-in caregiver, or needs care that helps with avoiding confusion and wandering for Alzheimer's or dementia, the staff there focus on making sure residents are safe, comfortable, and supported in ways that help them keep as much independence as possible.
