Compassionate staff and responsive administration
I entrust my mom here and have been very pleased with the compassionate, hands-on staff - nurses, CNAs, social work, activities and housekeeping consistently went above and beyond. Administration (Melissa, Mario, Kathleen and Terry) has been proactive and responsive with clear communication, 24/7 availability, strong rehab services (PT/OT/SLP), engaging activities and thoughtful mealtime options. It feels like a safe, caring second home under new ownership and I'm grateful for the support.
