I'm grateful for the friendly, attentive staff who cared for my mom - nurses, aides, therapists and the office/social work team were professional, kept us informed, and handled meds and discharge with care. Clean rooms, good meals, strong PT/OT rehab, and family-oriented activities made the transition easier and comforting.
