    Caring staff, clean home, delicious

I felt genuinely cared for by kind, respectful staff who treated me like family and kept the gorgeous, very clean home running smoothly. The scratch-made, organic meals (Copper River salmon, tenderloin pork, seasonal vegetables) were delicious and accommodated my diet; daily walks, exercise and stimulating activities kept me engaged and secure. An experienced caregiver-owner-operator and Christian staff provided prompt, proactive service in private rooms with a lovely park-like yard - I highly recommend it.

    Summary of reviews

Love Hope and Faith Adult Family Home is presented overall as a small, well-kept residential facility with strong emphasis on home-cooked dining, cleanliness, and a family-like caregiving approach. Reviewers consistently highlight the quality of meals—scratch-made dishes using organic ingredients and attention to dietary needs—and the facility’s landscaped outdoor spaces. Many accounts emphasize respectful, hands-on caregiving, proactive owner-operator involvement, and prompt assistance, creating a sense of safety and individualized attention for many residents.

Staffing and day-to-day care are frequently described as compassionate and engaged: caregivers are noted for personal grooming assistance, daily walking and exercise with residents, and conversational engagement. Management involvement is a repeated positive, with examples of proactive issue resolution and favorable remarks from a state inspection. The home’s faith-based orientation and small-scale environment are cited as contributing to a family atmosphere and careful resident matching for safety and compatibility.

At the same time, there are consistent operational limitations to consider. The provider appears to have constrained capacity for higher-acuity or medically complex residents; families describe that the facility is best suited to moderate-care needs. Several reviewers indicated that staff time per resident can be limited, which may affect responsiveness and the depth of clinical support available. Activity programming also received mixed feedback: some families report daily mental stimulation and exercise, while others find the organized activities and engagement opportunities inadequate.

Facility features present a mixed picture. The house is described as very clean and attractive outside, but its two-floor layout can be burdensome for residents with mobility issues and some interior areas were characterized as less homelike due to furnishings. Pricing is positioned at a premium for higher levels of care, which is important to weigh against the facility’s stated limitations in managing high-acuity needs. Finally, while most interactions are described as respectful, there are isolated accounts of challenging visitor interactions and inconsistent staff communication style; these suggest variability in conduct that prospective families should explore during tours and interviews.

In sum, Love Hope and Faith may be a strong fit for residents who value high-quality, home-cooked meals, a small, faith-oriented setting, and hands-on, personal care for moderate needs. Prospective residents with significant medical or mobility requirements, or families seeking robust, consistently staffed activity programs, should verify clinical capabilities, staffing levels, and physical accessibility during the selection process. Visiting in person and discussing specific care plans, pricing for higher levels of support, and staff communication expectations will help determine whether this facility matches a family’s priorities.

About Love Hope and Faith Adult family Home

Love Hope and Faith Adult Family Home sits in Edmonds, WA, and works as a small adult care home with a family-style setting, so seniors live in a private house with others rather than in a big apartment building or hospital, and the place aims for a homey feeling, with private rooms for up to six residents, and you'll usually find cozy spaces where people can gather, chat, and share meals. The staff provides help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, cooking, housecleaning, and even personal laundry, and there's always someone about to help with medication reminders and incontinence care, and you can see things like a wellness center, emergency pendants, and transportation to activities that give some security and support for everyone living there. The home serves older adults who may need assisted living, and they have special care for dementia, mental health needs, and developmental disabilities, which means you often notice different care routines fitted to what each resident wants, with help from highly trained caregivers. You'll find they cook three nutritious meals a day and offer daily fitness activities, social programs, community events, and even cultural activities, so no one just sits around bored, and they also offer an on-site hair salon and regular grooming. Love Hope and Faith Adult Family Home operates with a state license, keeps visiting hours from 9:00am to 8:00pm, and offers 24-hour care. They don't accept Medicaid, but they do try to offer some independence along with support, and with other homes like A & D Quality Care LLC and Touch Of Comfort LLC in their group, each place has its own little personality. Seniors and their families often say the peaceful, family-like setting helps them feel more at ease, knowing there's someone there for meals, medicine, and company all day and night, whether it's for independent living, assisted living, special dementia care, or just a bit of extra help around the house.
