    Bedbugs rampant, drugs, neglect, unsafe

I live here and I'm alarmed. Bedbugs are rampant, residents openly use drugs and alcohol (I found a crack pipe by the elevator), and security systems are often shut down or unpatrolled. One tiny elevator serves ~200 people while the other is usually out for repair; fire-escape doors are left unlocked and the building is in disrepair despite nonstop construction. Management has been threatening and retaliatory with empty promises and evictions; a few staff try hard, and there have been some improvements under new management, but I still don't feel safe or cared for.
