Valencia Falls

Valencia Falls is an active adult community for people 55 and older, with 724 single-story Mediterranean-style homes built around 2001 and spread out over 7.18 acres, all behind a gated entrance with 24-hour security guards in the gatehouse, so you know there's a real sense of safety and quiet here, and you see the lush landscaping as soon as you come through the gate and past the big clubhouse, which is 25,000 square feet, and holds almost everything you need for keeping busy, like the fitness center, an aerobics room, the card room, poker room, billiards room, arts and crafts rooms, classroom for meetings, and a Social Hall that fits 700 people for events, performances from well-known entertainers, and lectures or dinners that the full-time activities director helps organize along with the different clubs, classes, and organizations.
