The Village of Sanibel

The Village of Sanibel is a senior living community for people aged 55 and over, and you'll find a range of care types here, so folks can choose independent living, assisted living, memory care, or even nursing and continuing care options, depending on their needs. Residents can easily get to nearby parks, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and local cafes for a bit of leisure, and if you've got health needs, there are doctors close by and basic amenities inside the community. The Village of Sanibel has dedicated support staff, utility and water services, sanitation pick-up, and even a Resident Academy to help newcomers settle in. The place isn't perfect, of course-construction and location next to the landfill can bring some challenges, and moving into a new build always comes with some dust and unpredictability, but that's life in a growing place. The community aims for a comfortable, active environment where folks can find the support they need while taking part in plenty of activities, and there are unique program names and features scattered throughout, which give the place its own character.
