    Clean apartment with excellent amenities

I moved into a clean, well-kept 766 sq ft apartment with an airy layout, large closet and in-unit washer/dryer. Amenities are excellent - spotless pool and hot tub, yoga and exercise rooms, stocked common spaces, indoor mail, card access and elevators. Residents are friendly, activities like Bible study and crafting are active, and the location near Fred Meyer makes it pretty good value.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: The property offers well-appointed apartments and attractive common spaces — reviewers consistently describe clean, move-in–ready units with large layouts, substantial closet space, and in-unit laundry. Public amenities such as the pool, spa, yoga and exercise rooms, and stocked community rooms are seen as strengths when they are operational. The community’s location near shopping and public transit is also frequently cited as convenient.

Care and resident support: Reviews do not provide extensive detail on clinical or personal-care services. Where safety and support are discussed, the facility offers physical security features (card-access elevators, indoor mailboxes, on-site parking) but reviewers also indicate gaps in controlled access and occasional malfunctioning doors. These security inconsistencies, together with variable responsiveness from staff, are the main operational concerns that could affect resident safety and day-to-day support.

Staff and management: Feedback about staff is mixed. Many reviewers describe frontline staff as friendly and helpful, and residents run many successful social programs. At the same time, reviewers describe high turnover among maintenance and office personnel and express concerns about inconsistent responsiveness and the tone of some office interactions. There are recurring comments about management communication and follow-through on maintenance or amenity issues.

Dining and services: There is little to no information about an organized dining program in the available feedback. Prospective residents should assume limited or no central meal service unless the community confirms otherwise.

Activities and social life: The community benefits from active resident-led programming, including Bible study, crafting, and other peer-organized activities. However, reviewers note a relative paucity of building-sponsored programming, so the social calendar appears to rely heavily on resident initiative rather than staff-run events.

Facilities and maintenance: When functioning, common-area amenities are well kept and appreciated. Reviewers, however, repeatedly cite inconsistent maintenance — several amenities have experienced extended closures and some shared features (grill, fire pit, pool/hot tub, gym, community rooms) have been unavailable for months at a time. Parking is another frequent operational issue: limited spaces, poor lot layout, and waitlists for covered carports are persistent concerns. A small number of comments reference pest-control issues and delays in garbage or common-area cleanup, indicating variable effectiveness of building upkeep.

Financial and administrative patterns: Reviewers mention upfront lease-signing requirements, periodic rent increases, and a perception that some units are priced at a premium relative to the reliability of amenities. Prospective residents should review lease terms carefully and ask about recent rent history, amenity-repair timelines, and any parking fees or waitlists.

Notable patterns and recommendations: The strongest aspects are the unit quality, on-site amenities when operational, and an engaged resident community. The most consistent operational weaknesses are parking constraints, intermittent amenity availability due to maintenance or prolonged closures, turnover in on-site staff, and gaps in access control and management responsiveness. Prospective residents and family members should: tour multiple units and common areas to verify current amenity status; confirm the timeline for any repairs or reopenings; ask about security protocols and recent access-control issues; inquire about parking availability and carport waitlists; and review lease terms, fees, and recent rent adjustments. These steps will help align expectations with the current operational realities of the property.
