Compassionate staff, clean facility, safe
I'm grateful for the kind, compassionate staff - especially Laura Moreno and Jallyn Delatorre - who were responsive and attentive. The facility is clean and well-maintained, meals (the turkey dinner was excellent) are varied and tasty, and the therapy and activities teams supported recovery and engagement. Strong safety protocols and clear communication gave me confidence; I would recommend and would return.
