Shorepointe Nursing Center offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, providing both long-term care and short-term rehab for people who need help between hospital and home, with certified recreational therapists running programs like discussion groups, gardening, and live entertainment plus there's an on-site ice cream parlor where residents can relax and socialize. The center's amenities include outdoor courtyards, gardens, fountains, seasonal landscaping, a large 5,500-square-foot rehabilitation gym, a dining plaza with restaurant-style meals, a café, and a full-service beauty salon, and each guest suite-private or semi-private-comes with a private bathroom, picture window, adjustable electric bed, individual flat-screen TV, and an emergency call system. Shorepointe has a mix of older and newer sections in the facility, offers 78 private suites within its 200 certified beds, and keeps an average census of about 165 residents per day, with 3.96 nurse staffing hours per resident each day-just a bit below the state average. On-site dialysis therapy is available through a partnership with Heritage Dialysis, and the center has advanced therapy services like physical, occupational, speech-language, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation (iHeart© Recovery Program), respiratory therapy with help for capping and decannulating tracheostomy, and outpatient therapy.
