I'm pleased with my experience - the facility is new, my room is well laid out with yard access, and the living and dining rooms are bright and comfortable. Care has been attentive and overall it's a solid, comfortable option for senior living.

Summary of reviews
This facility appears to offer a comfortable physical environment: reviewers consistently describe well-appointed common areas (living room and dining room), thoughtfully configured private rooms, and accessible outdoor spaces with yard access for some rooms. The building is described as new or recently updated, which is reflected in interior finishes and room layouts. Several families characterized the hands-on caregiving as meeting basic needs for their loved ones.
However, assessments of clinical and operational quality are mixed. While some residents received acceptable day-to-day assistance, others experienced extended bedbound placements and limited engagement; ambulatory residents reported loneliness and low activity levels. The facility does not appear to offer dedicated on-site diabetes management services, and reviewers recommended confirming clinical capabilities before placement. There are also cleanliness and sanitation concerns in parts of the building that prospective families should evaluate in person.
Staffing and management patterns were a recurrent theme. Multiple accounts describe leadership turnover and what families characterized as inexperienced management, including departures during an infection-control event. There are questions about how caregiving staff are employed and supervised, and some reviewers described interactions that raised concerns about staff conduct and communication tone. Several reviewers also advised that hospice referrals were presented as a default option and encouraged verifying any referral with the resident’s physician; prospective families should seek clarification about hospice referral policies and consent processes.
Operational transparency and governance are additional areas of concern. Reviewers expressed uncertainty about the facility’s ownership or nonprofit status and noted inconsistencies or broken links in online information and social-media profiles. There are also serious allegations regarding the handling of residents’ personal belongings and gaps in family communication following critical incidents, which suggest the need to review property-handling policies and incident-notification procedures.
For prospective residents and families: visit the facility multiple times, inspect rooms and common spaces for sanitation and activity offerings, ask specifically about on-site clinical services (including diabetes care), request written hospice-referral and discharge policies, clarify staff-employment and oversight arrangements, and verify infection-control protocols and recent leadership changes. Confirm online information against licensing or regulatory records and ask facility leadership for references from current families if available.
