    Immaculate caring staff, excellent rehab

I had a very positive stay at this modern Roseville senior home - immaculate, well-run, bright rooms and excellent rehab and nursing care. Staff from admissions to CNAs, therapists and cooks were friendly, attentive and went above and beyond; meals were fresh and dietary needs accommodated. I recovered well and would recommend this facility for compassionate, quality care.

    Summary of reviews

Reviews for Roseville Point Health & Wellness Center describe a facility with a clear split between strong clinical/therapeutic capabilities and recurring operational shortcomings. Many families praised the rehabilitation services, specialty clinical teams (wound, respiratory, speech), and individual caregivers who provided attentive, compassionate bedside support. Several accounts describe successful short‑term rehab outcomes, helpful admissions and social-work staff, and warm, community‑style interactions from CNAs and nurses. The dining program is frequently cited as a strength when functioning well — fresh, healthy meals and accommodation of dietary needs are noted positives.

At the same time, a recurring pattern of concerns appears around consistency and safety. Reviewers cite inconsistent staff performance, frequent turnover, and periods of understaffing that correlate with delays in basic care tasks (including toileting assistance and repositioning) and missed or late medications. There are specific concerns about medication dosing and timing controls, pressure‑injury prevention, and gaps in emergency transfer coordination and family notification. Some reviews also raise sanitation and odor concerns in certain areas, inconsistent climate control and maintenance, and issues handling modified diets or allergies.

Communication and management issues form a separate theme. Families describe variable communication quality — from clear, helpful explanations by some administrative and clinical staff to unresponsiveness, combative interactions, and poor notification practices in other cases. Reviewers mention frequent management changes, perceived lack of accountability, and instances that suggest lapses in privacy practices. More serious claims appear in a subset of reviews, including allegations of theft and references to a regulatory substantiated complaint and citation; these accounts indicate that prospective families should review the facility’s regulatory history and incident resolution processes.

Activities and the overall living environment also show mixed impressions. The facility is described by many as modern, bright, and well‑decorated with private‑room options and accessible outdoor space; recreation programming and holiday outreach receive positive mention. Conversely, some families report the removal or reduction of activity space, constrained visiting areas, and communal room arrangements that were less satisfactory. Financial considerations are raised as well — pricing may limit options for some families.

In summary, Roseville Point demonstrates clear strengths in rehab and individualized clinical care when staffing and management align, and many families have positive experiences with therapy outcomes, meals, and compassionate caregivers. However, persistent themes of inconsistent staffing, communication shortfalls, medication and basic‑care process gaps, and intermittent sanitation/maintenance problems create variability in resident experience. Prospective residents and families should ask targeted questions about current staffing levels, medication-safety protocols, pressure‑injury prevention measures, infection‑control practices, recent regulatory actions, and family‑communication procedures before making placement decisions; in-person visits and conversations with the admissions and clinical leadership are recommended to assess current conditions.
