I'm very pleased with this senior living community - it felt clean, homey and comfortable, with lovely gardens, sitting areas and a nice dining room and menu. The staff (nurses, admin and caregivers) were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, and the therapy, activities and 24-hour coverage make it easy to recommend.

Summary of reviews
Panorama Living presents a mixed picture for prospective residents and families. Many reviewers praise the staff’s interpersonal care and the availability of on-site nursing support, and several describe the community as home-like with comfortable common spaces and accessible outdoor gardens. Activity programming is a clear strength: gardening, cards, arts and crafts, outings, and therapy-based offerings — including structured memory-care programming — are routinely mentioned as meaningful engagement for residents. The dining room and communal areas are often described as clean and comfortable, and the facility’s pricing has been characterized as competitive by some families.
At the same time, reviewers describe several operational weaknesses that recur across accounts. Staffing levels and workload are a persistent concern: staff are often described as overworked or stretched thin, which reviewers connect to uneven responsiveness and service delays. Management and operational oversight are identified as inconsistent; examples include difficulty arranging tours, a manager who is perceived as absent, and what some described as chaotic day-to-day operations. There are also allegations of regulatory non-compliance, and references to hospice involvement and other serious matters that suggest families should request recent inspection and compliance records.
Physical plant and service-quality issues are another theme. The building is generally older, with multiple comments about worn finishes, the need for paint and updates, cramped apartment layouts (small kitchens and living rooms), and instances where the overall appearance felt run-down. Although common areas and the dining room receive positive remarks for cleanliness, there are also sanitation concerns cited in some areas and complaints about inconsistent food quality and preparation. A few reviewers explicitly linked perceived cost-cutting to maintenance and meal-quality problems.
Patterns around access and value are notable. Several people found scheduling a tour or arranging visits difficult at times, and pandemic-era visitation protocols were described as restrictive by some families. Pricing perception is mixed: while some viewed the facility as affordable, others noted recent price increases that reduced the perceived value, particularly in light of maintenance and service concerns.
For families considering Panorama Living, key due-diligence steps would include asking for: current staffing ratios and turnover rates, recent state inspection and compliance reports, written infection-control and visitation policies, sample menus and meal-service schedules, and a walk-through of the specific unit to check size and finish condition. A focused tour that verifies staffing presence during peak times, clarifies how care needs are handled when staff are stretched, and reviews maintenance plans will help determine whether the facility’s strengths align with the prospective resident’s priorities.
