    Clean quiet family-owned park; active

I live here and appreciate a clean, quiet, family-owned park that's beautifully maintained. The heated pool and full-service clubhouse keep things active (shuffleboard, classes, bingo, dances), staff and neighbors are friendly and helpful (Michelle is great), and the central location is close to beaches, shopping, theaters and the airport-perfect for full-time living or snowbirds.

    Summary of reviews

Twin Lakes, Inc. presents as a well-kept manufactured-housing community focused on independent and seasonal living. Reviewers consistently describe attractive grounds, an updated clubhouse and kitchen, a heated and recently renovated pool, and a range of recreational amenities—shuffleboard courts, a golf league, regular exercise classes, beading, card games, and frequent dances or social events. These lifestyle features, together with proximity to beaches, shopping, theaters, and nearby airports, make the community appealing to retirees and snowbirds seeking an active, social environment.

Management and operations are a mixed picture in the reviews. The property is family-owned and many reviewers praise the owners, a named on-site manager, and maintenance staff for attentive groundskeeping and a personal touch. At the same time, multiple comments point to inconsistencies in administrative communication: uncertainty around payment processing, late-mail payments, and confusing eviction-related communications. Reviewers also raise concerns about strict tenant-screening expectations and occasional lapses in staff conduct or tone. These items suggest that administrative clarity and staff-consumer communication are areas to confirm when considering residency.

Care and dining services are not prominent in the available commentary. Reviews emphasize lifestyle and community amenities rather than clinical care or an organized meal program, which indicates Twin Lakes functions primarily as an independent living/manufactured-home park rather than a care-focused facility. Prospective residents who require on-site clinical support or congregate dining should verify the availability and scope of those services directly with management.

Community culture is a recurrent strength: residents describe a friendly, neighborly atmosphere, active social life, and a generally peaceful, quiet setting. However, several notes about neighbor disputes and privacy concerns highlight that dispute-resolution processes and resident privacy safeguards may not be fully standardized. Overall, the pattern in the reviews is strongly positive on facilities, activities, and location, with recurring operational themes around administrative transparency and staff communication that prospective residents should investigate during a tour or pre-move meeting.

    About Twin Lakes, Clearwater

Twin Lakes, Inc. Retirement Manufactured Housing Community sits at 2419 Gulf to Bay Blvd #208 in Clearwater, Florida, and offers housing mainly for retirees aged 55 and older, and people like a place like this because they can keep living on their own while getting a few extras they might not find in a regular neighborhood. The community started in 1989 and manages about 214 home sites with both single and multi-section homes, some built as recently as 2022, with peaked roofs and lap siding found on many, so the homes look neat and up to date compared to older types you may have seen before. There's a paved street layout, even if the streets are on the narrow side, and you see off-street parking throughout for residents and their guests, so finding a parking spot isn't something folks complain about much.

Around the community, you find a swimming pool, clubhouse, laundry area, and WiFi for residents, and they do host social activities so neighbors can meet each other if they want, which helps folks feel like they're part of something. The community's run by a team that includes people like Maureen, Margaret, Michelle, and Mike, and Michelle Marion handles the on-site sales office, which helps when someone's got questions about buying a home or needs help with something about their place. Mobile and manufactured homes come in different sizes, with several 2-bedroom options available, so couples or people on their own have choices. There are options for independent living without needing staff to do things all the time, but if someone needs services related to real estate or help with home concerns, the company tries to assist, with Lasalle Properties, LLC as the main company involved.

The streets are paved and homes come with modern features, and amenities like the clubhouse and scheduled activities make it easier for residents to get out if they feel like it, so you're not locked into just sitting at home all day unless you'd rather be. With laundry facilities on site and WiFi available, day-to-day needs are covered about as well as you'd expect, and the community sticks to a Monday through Friday schedule if you need to talk to staff in the office. Sales stay quiet-about six employees run things for around 500,000 dollars in business each year-so it's got a steady pace, not like the big assisted living buildings you see elsewhere. Twin Lakes, Inc. Retirement Manufactured Housing Community is mainly set up for seniors who want a quieter lifestyle, with the good parts of independent living in a community setting, and does offer most of what people look for in a retirement manufactured home park.
