Excellent empathetic care, minor improvements

I'm very grateful for the excellent, empathetic, and highly competent staff - loving, thorough, and always providing great service. My grandmother absolutely loves it; the meals are tasty and the owners are very accessible. Overall we're very pleased, with just a little room for improvement.
