    Welcoming facility but inconsistent care

    I toured and placed a loved one here - the building is bright, clean and welcoming, the courtyard is lovely, and activities and front-line staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. That said, staffing turnover, understaffing and hand-off gaps have led to missed meds, delayed emergency responses and inconsistent memory-care supervision, and I've heard troubling billing/refund/management issues. Overall, great atmosphere and caring caregivers at times, but ask tough questions about continuity of care and Alzheimer's needs before you commit.
