    Nice atmosphere but care concerns

I toured this bright, hotel-like community and was impressed - clean, well-maintained, lovely amenities, plenty of activities, and many staff who genuinely went above and beyond. Meals and dining are generally good though inconsistent (memory-care food and presentation were often weak). My biggest concerns were frequent staff turnover, understaffing and uneven care quality - missed checks, medication lapses, and a few serious incidents were reported by families. Administrative and billing issues, occasional security/theft reports, and HVAC/AC problems also made me cautious. I would recommend it for someone who needs light assistance and values atmosphere, but only after getting clear staffing ratios, contract protections, and regular family communication.

The place aims to feel like home, with comfortable furniture, single-story design, wide hallways, and lots of bright light coming in from those big windows, plus each apartment comes with its own personal kitchen, solid surface countertops, stainless appliances, high ceilings, and smart home speakers for easy listening or reminders throughout the day. Pets are welcome, and there's a good bit of storage space for personal things, which some places forget about, but here they've thought of it.
