Monterey Village sits at the corner of Monterey Way and Peterson Rd., and it offers several living and care options for seniors, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing. The facility has 38 assisted living beds and supports residents over 55 who want to live as independently as possible, while still offering care when it's needed. The campus has services for people who need help with memory care, help with daily living, and those who live on their own but like the safety of nearby support staff. There's a focus on catering to each person's needs, providing tailored support with things like medication management, incontinence care, diabetic care, and non-ambulatory care. Monterey Village is licensed and runs with 24-hour care available, and a team that includes Administrator Britte Everly and regional sales specialist Drew Miller.

The facility is run by Americare and tries to make things comfortable with ground-floor, wheelchair-accessible units, walk-in showers, tubs, and safety features for people needing extra support.
