    Spotlessly clean, caring and welcoming

I toured All Saints with my parents and we loved it - bright, beautiful and spotlessly clean with lovely apartments, great amenities (chapel, courtyard, salon, fitness center) and a true home-like atmosphere. The food is excellent, meals are plentiful, and the staff are caring, responsive, and attentive - they tailor activities, communicate well with families, and provide thoughtful memory care. My parents felt safe, valued, and independent here; overall a wonderful, highly recommended community.

    Summary of reviews

All Saints Senior Living presents as a new, well-appointed community with many features families value: attractive common spaces, a chapel and bar, secured memory-care areas, fitness and recreational facilities, pet-friendly outdoor areas, and spacious apartment finishes (large showers with benches and heated floors, ample laundry). Multiple reviewers highlighted a warm, home-like atmosphere created by engaged activity staff and caregivers, strong family communication, volunteer opportunities, and a wide range of activities tailored to individual interests. The community accepts waiver funding and emphasizes family-oriented events and personalized programming, which some families cited as decisive in their choice.

Care quality appears mixed but leans positive when staffing and leadership are stable. Many accounts praise individual caregivers for compassion, communication, and support during end-of-life moments. Conversely, a recurring operational pattern is understaffing and elevated staff turnover; reviewers linked those staffing constraints to delays in routine care, slow call-light response, and inconsistent hands-on assistance. Medication-management lapses and delayed medication delivery were also noted, suggesting a need for stronger clinical workflow and oversight.

Dining and food service receive varied feedback. Some residents and families described enjoyable meals, extra staff support during dining periods, and flexible meal service. Other comments pointed to inconsistency in meal temperature, limited fresh produce options, and higher-sodium preparations at times. Prospective residents should clarify current menu planning, special-diet accommodations, and mealtime staffing when evaluating the community.

Activities and social programming are a clear strength: reviewers consistently described an active calendar, creative offerings, individualized activity plans, memory-care programming, walking clubs, art projects, and opportunities for family engagement. The activity director is frequently singled out as energetic and effective. The pet-friendly environment and accessible outdoor spaces also support resident engagement and quality of life.

Facility amenities and upkeep receive positive notes: the building’s newness and décor, cleanliness, and thoughtful apartment features were commonly praised. At the same time, several comments framed these positives as occurring alongside “growing pains” typical of a newer operation—processes, staffing levels, and administrative systems are still being refined.

Management and administrative areas show uneven performance. Positive experiences include helpful coordinators and improved communication under new administration. Negative themes include poor responsiveness from admissions/marketing staff, unclear wait-list communication, billing issues, and occasional lack of transparency around admission decisions. There are also specific concerns about staff conduct and resident dignity in the memory-care unit that prospective families should investigate further.

Overall, All Saints appears to offer a comfortable, well-equipped living environment with strong programming and many compassionate staff members. However, operational weaknesses—especially around staffing stability, medication processes, dining consistency, and administrative transparency—are recurring themes. Families considering this community should tour during mealtimes, ask for current staffing ratios and medication-administration protocols, request references from recent families, and clarify billing and admission procedures to assess whether the facility’s current operational status meets their needs.
